I had the basil skin cancer removed from my nose this morning. It went really well and there was only a small amount. I am supposed to wear a bandaid on my nose for a week and then I have to go back in to have skin graft put on... When I first left the dr.'s office my nose was bandaged up pretty well. Oly took me to my appointment and wanted to walk around the mall afterwards. I was kind of embarrassed, but agreed. I thought that maybe people wouldn't notice because the bandages were skin colored.. As I was walking around the mall with my family, I noticed that Sophia kept on laughing. It took me a little while until I realized she was laughing at me! lol! She kept looking at me a cracking up and reaching up to try and grab my bandaids! Here is what I look like now with only one bandaid on..

Oh my goodness, you have to have a skin graft!!! Was it painful?
Hey Michelle! It was not painful at all. The doctor said because the cancer is on my nose, it is hard to take anything out with out leaving a scar that looks like a chicken pock mark.
