Ramblings

So this post is going to random, and not about any particular thing. My kids are both asleep and I feel like writing.

First thing that comes to my mind is that I need to get Jonny and Oly Halloween costumes. I bought Jonny a really cute cowboy costume online and chose parcel post for the shipping. Come to find out parcel post means that it comes across the ocean by boat. So, his costume could get here anywhere from two to six weeks from now. Not cool. I am going to be little bo peep and Sophia is going to be a sheep. I thought it would be fun if Oly and Jonny coordinated together. Any ideas?

I also ordered Sophia's costume online and it got here weeks ago. I thought it was going to be a lot cuter than it is. A little baby lamb costume hasa lot of cute potential. While browsing on Etsy the other day, I found an adorable lamb/beanie crochet pattern. I bought it. When am I going to get it through my head that I cannot crochet? I need some serious help. lol. The lack of crochet talent combined with lack of time = a ball of unfinished yarn as of today.

So.. Sophia is crawling! Well, kind of. She gets onto her hands and knees and moves her hands forward. When she tried to move her knees, she usually falls onto her stomach. Nonetheless, she is moving forwards, just at a slow pace. She looks so cute moving around the room. She is already getting into everything! I need to re-baby proof my house again.
